The preview was much better than I was anticipating, especially considering the reasonable fee they charged. Due to the expansion of our SaaS solution, we needed a more complete support solution which brought us to Freshdesk. The portal is for us a very important part because we have the intention to build a large knowledge base soon.But the standard theme for the portal provided by Freshdesk was by no means in the same style of the website.
So, we went looking for a theme that would be fast, easy to customize and in line with our general style. This brought us to Aries themes where we found the Beautiful Onil Theme.
After ordering the theme, the implementation of it was done by Aries Themes in the following days without a problem. We also noticed some minor glitches in combination with our style that have been solved by Aries very quickly.
